"Excellent communication before the trip, very helpful and any questions were answered quickly. Also kept in touch once we landed and when we arrived. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, they showed us to the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. We had an issue with the window shutters, I let them know and they were fixed later that day, very efficient! The apartment was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed- plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets, very secure and quiet too. Perfect location for Disney, the bus stop right outside took 20 minutes to get there, the metro was also a short 15 minute walk, an Aldi about a 3 minute walk and other shopping complexes nearby. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!"

"We loved the apartment. It has everything you need and it's spacious for a family of four. We loved the open kitchen and the cleanliness. A really nice place to stay. It's located 15 minutes walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the Val D'europe Great Shopping Centre - the best shopping Centre we have ever been to..The Carrefour Shop has everything and I think is one of the best we have ever seen. Disneyland is 5 minutes away by train. The agency staff who manage the apartment are very prompt and accommodating. We had an amazing stay.."

"The ventilation is on during the night (which makes noise) and you have to get used to it but this is a requirement according to the agency. We had our shower drain blocked on the first night and the agency immediately sent somebody to repair it the next day. Apart from that there is nothing we did not like."

"The apartment which is relatively modern and very well equipped was a bit dusty …also there is definitely an issue with heating and hot water which can not be set manually at your convenience…also there were big artificial plants that are just taking up space and collecting dusts"

"The apartment was spacious with lovely modern decor. The kitchen was well equipped with all you could need. Plenty of storage space and comfortable bed, even the sofa bed which was very easy to put up. Lovely little balcony and nicely kept grounds, the location was fantastic, close to the train station, local shops and restaurants and a large shopping complex nearby. The staff could not have been more helpful from start to finish, I would highly recommend!"

"Being very picky, the bathroom could do with some modernisation to reflect the rest of the apartment and some instructions on how to use the hob. There was also no batteries for the remote control so we had to buy some."
